How to install ANYDESK
Just go to https://anydesk.com go to download section and install on your computer.
After the installation, you will see one big number on the top, just inform this ID to the support person. With this they can connect to your computer and check everything remotelly.

If you have a MAC
If you install Anydesk on a mac, you need 2 additional steps, just open SYSTEM SETTINGS , go to PRIVACY & SECURITY
You will see Accessibility and Screen Recording.
Just open this 2 options and enable ANYDESK
