As a fast growing EdTech company who is leading the way in online education and the shaping possibilities for teaching and learning in the Metaverse, we are thrilled to announce the appointment of Ms Vanessa Temple as our Director of Early Years Education and New Projects.  Her appointment sees us expand our global executive online school leadership team. 

Vanessa is a UK qualified, seasoned educator and leader with over 30 years’ experience in a range of international school settings. With a focus on school start-ups, developing online and hybrid learning programmes and the development of curriculum and CPD, Vanessa has worked in Asia and the Middle East for a range of leading education groups.  Her appointment is a significant moment for Sophia High School as we grow our global executive online school leadership team. 

With over 1500 students attending a full year of her Early Years Online programme, the knowledge gained through this experience gives a unique perspective into meeting the needs of students, families and education providers as we move towards a truly global classroom.

In this role, Vanessa will be a driving force for shaping excellence in EYFS online education for Sophia High School, establishing us as the only full time provider to offer digital learning for children from as young as age 3. Building on her expertise in new school start ups, she will also take the lead in working with wider investors, organisations and school groups seeking to capitalise on the emerging hybrid learning model sector.

Vanessa joins the Sophia High School executive leadership team at an exciting time of global expansion as the school now has students joining the leading British Online School program from over 28 countries globally.  Unheard of within the online education Market, the SHS Executive Online School Leadership Team now share a combined 100+ years of educational leadership and teaching experiences in schools around the world.
