With a teaching career spanning continents and cultures, James Tubman brings an exceptionally rich blend of expertise to secondary education. His sixteen-year journey in the classroom includes six years in the North East of England, eight years at the prestigious El Limonar International Schools (Valencia and Murcia) in Spain, and two years at the Modern English School in Cairo.
Before finding his true calling in education, James worked in the pharmaceutical industry—an industrial background he regularly leverages to breathe real-world context into his lessons.
A versatile educator, he has taught KS3 and KS4 Science, Geography, and Mathematics, alongside KS5 Biology and Chemistry. Over the years, James has had the privilege of mentoring numerous students who later secured places at the world’s leading universities.
Beyond the classroom, he is an avid guitarist, runner, and travel enthusiast with a passion for music technology.
