Dear Families,
Thank you for your interest in Sophia High School.
Sophia High is a leading British online school for students ages 4-16. We follow the UK National Curriculum and IGCSEs to provide a high-quality education for students around the world.
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from students of all nationalities and backgrounds. We currently enroll students from Reception through Year 10.
Rolling offers are made throughout the academic year, subject to places being available in cohorts.
How to Apply in 3 Steps
Applying to Sophia High School is easy:
- Complete the online registration form. This allows us to learn more about your child and their educational needs. Please upload copies of birth certificates, passports, and previous school records. The £50 registration fee secures your place on our admissions list.
- Assessment. Your child will complete an online assessment and 1:1 lesson with a teacher. This helps us evaluate their academic level and personalised learning needs.
- Offers. Once we review the assessments, we will notify you if we can offer your child a place. To confirm enrollment, return the signed Terms & Conditions and pay the £1000 admission deposit.
Next Steps After Acceptance
Once accepted, families participate in an induction program to meet teachers and receive training on our online learning platform. This ensures a smooth transition into Sophia High School.
We look forward to welcoming your child into our global community of learners! Please contact us with any admissions questions.

Sophia High School welcomes children who are ESL learners into our global classroom. Whilst we do not provide an ESL stream we do offer additional intensive English Language Support classes or 1-1 private tuition before joining for those children who are not able to demonstrate fluency in both oral and written communication. Ongoing support from our Additional Learning Needs support team is provided to all ESL learners. Applicants applying to Year 5 through 11 whose first language is not English are required to complete an English proficiency test in order to identify the individualised support that may be needed and IGCSE English as a Second Language may be opted into at Year 10 and Year 11.
