Sophia High School admissions are open to all nationalities and ability groups. We are currently enrolling children from ages 3 to 15 | Reception to Year 10.

School Admissions Process
To make an application, please complete the Registration Form online together with the supporting documents and the Registration Fee of £50 GBP to the school.
Following submission of your registration form, our admissions team will send you a direct link to complete the registration payment. Our Education Team will then be in touch to discuss your application further and to outline details for assessment.

Supporting Documents Required for School Admissions
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate.
- A copy of your child’s passport, (visa if required for UK students).
- A copy of both parents’ passport, (visa if required for UK students).
- A Passport size photo of your child (white background).
- A Recent report form the child’s previous school.

Assessment & Offer

Assessment
Your child will be invited to take part in an online assessment session where they will take part in age appropriate activities designed to enable us to understand your child more fully.
Students are assessed based on their proposed year group of entry. Please see the following link for details on the U.K. Curriculum Year Group Allocations.
They will then have a separate one-to-one lesson with one of our teachers.
Whilst your child is being assessed, our team will be happy to answer any remaining questions that you may have.
Offers of Admission
We will confirm whether we are able to offer your child a place, once the education team has conducted a full review of the assessment. To secure your child’s place, we will need you to sign and return the Acceptance Agreement and Terms and Conditions, pay the Admission Deposit Fee and ensure that all documentation has been provided.

- * Deposits are refunded in line with the 30 day withdrawal notice period outlined in the Parent Terms and Conditions.
