Katy Todd

Katy is an experienced educator with ten years of teaching across diverse school settings, specialising in supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs and English as an Additional Language. She has worked with a wide range of learners, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
 
Katy has extensive experience overseeing alternative provision for Looked After Children and has held key leadership roles, including SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead. In these positions, she has successfully developed targeted intervention strategies, supported staff training, and ensured that safeguarding and wellbeing remain a top priority.
 
Passionate about equity and inclusion, Katy is committed to creating nurturing, stimulating learning environments where all pupils feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential. She believes in fostering strong partnerships with families and colleagues, using collaborative approaches to enhance educational outcomes.
