From as early as the age of seven, Lily has strived to teach the younger generation after being influenced by her year 2 teacher. That specific teacher ingrained into her life and from then onwards, she was determined to become an educator who could make a positive impact on each individual. She followed her dreams by studying Primary Education with QTS at the University of Middlesex.

Having spent 8 years of her professional life working within South West London, she has fine-tuned her practice that corresponds to her fundamental teaching principles, where she continually strives to improve pupils’ learning experiences and outcomes by creating nurturing lessons that can motivate and challenge each individual based on their individual needs.

Lily prides herself on her commitment to teaching excellence, corroborated by the high levels of positive feedback she received from lesson observations. Straight after her NQT year, she was appointed Maths Lead and then English Lead the following year. She enthusiastically shares her teaching techniques and experiences, through the mentorship of student teachers and leading engaging CPD sessions. She tackles every challenge and task with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude – being a pillar of support, both to staff and pupils – across KS1 and KS2.
