Mary has a first-class honours Masters Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Higher Diploma in Education (PGDE equivalent), a Diploma in Religious Studies and a Higher Diploma in Education Administration. She has over thirty five years of experience working as a teacher and private tutor and is qualified to teach English, Mathematics and Humanities including History, Geography and R.E.

Mary worked in the Irish education system for over thirty years and during the last five years she has successfully transferred her knowledge and skills to the UK system. Mary is experienced working with students across the age ranges from Primary Key Stage 1 through to GCSE and A Level.

Mary’s teaching is based on a personalised approach to education through careful consideration of the unique educational needs of each individual student. Her background in education has been informed by a system committed to holistic development and to the achievement of each student’s full potential. Mary is currently teaching iGCSE English Literature and Language.
